Technical and vocation training education is the education system that runs the world and is majorly being used in the developed countries to revolutionize what we use, how we think and everything we do. In the developing nations, the governments have not recognized the importance of the TVET education system in there developing and growth agendas. The government cannot create white collar jobs for everyone and cannot rely on theories for development , it is the skills and research that really matters. Why expense can it be to implement the competency based education system?
