U.S. stock indexes are ticking higher Monday ahead of a week full of reports that could move the market. The S&P 500 rose 0.4%, coming off a second straight losing week, and pulled closer to the all-time high it set earlier this month. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 216 points, or 0.4%, as of 9:35 a.m. Eastern time, and the Nasdaq composite was 0.3% higher. Should we expect a bullish move in USA stocks ?
